The VNGOC has drafted a Guide for NGOs participating in the CND, available here.
The CND Blog will also provide near real-time updates on the plenary session and selected side events. You can also follow IDPC twitter which will provide live updates on key events, or follow the hashtags #CND2020 / #CND63.
During the 63rd Session, civil society representatives will have an opportunity to exchange with the Executive Director of UNODC, the President of INCB and the Chair of CND. The date, time and location of these dialogues is still pending, but the Vienna NGO Committee (VNGOC) is receiving specific questions to be addressed by officials during the dialogues.

The submission period goes from 6 - 17 January 2020.
Events submitted by member states have priority. The other side events will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
