Глобальная комиссия по вопросам ВИЧ и права организована Программой развития Организации Объединенных Наций (ПРООН) при поддержке Секретариата ЮНЭЙДС. Цель Комиссии – повысить понимание того, как правовая среда влияет на национальные меры в ответ на ВИЧ, а также как законы и их правоприменение могут поддержать, а не блокировать, эффективные меры в ответ на ВИЧ.
