The United Nations Human Rights Council has been urged to investigate Duterte’s war on drugs and reconsider the Philippines’ membership in the council should the killings continue.
Drug policy must not be used as a tool to beat political opponents, rather Governments should start using it as a tool to protect its most vulnerable citizens.
