Norwegian Association for Humane Drug Policies (FHN)

The Norwagian Association for Humane Drug Policies is a drug user organization working against prohibition and the criminalisation of drug users. The association is also promoting reasonable legal regulation. We strive for evidence-based harm reduction efforts, care, tolerance and respect for human rights, instead of stigmatisation. The organisation conducts regular outreach work and offers harm reduction services for active drug users in and around the open drug scenes in Oslo and Bergen. We also cooperate with several community-based harm reduction service providers around the country.
