EMCDDA launches 2010 Report

The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction has recently published its annual report. The report is the EU agency's flagship publication, and provides a wealth of information and analysis on consumption, production and distribution trends. Headline areas include sophisticated new methods in the trafficking of cocaine; changes in the stimulant market; widespread domestic cannabis production; and the expansion and diversification of the available range of legal highs.
