India police accused of brutal killings in ‘zero tolerance’ drug crackdown

A so-called 'zero tolerance' crackdown on the illegal drugs trade in northeastern India is causing controversy. Government leaders in Assam state say they're acting lawfully. But police are accused of dozens of killings and injuries since the anti-drugs campaign started last year.
