ReverdeSer Colectivo

ReverdeSer Colectivo is a space for young people in Mexico that seeks to promote a reform of current drug policies, aiming to move away from prohibition and the criminalisation of young people, people living in poverty, and people who use drugs. We also call for the end of the militarisation strategy of the country and for a reform of the criminal code to ensure the adequate protection of human rights. ReverdeSer promotes a regulatory system that put people and communities (not drugs) at the centre of policies. Such a system should be based on information, human rights and a youth and gender perspective, the right to use one's own body, as well as the right to use substances for traditional, medical and recreational purposes.
