International Charitable Foundation “Alliance for Public Health” (up to November 2015 known as International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine) is a leading non-governmental professional organization which makes a significant impact on the epidemics of HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, and other serious diseases in Ukraine, the region and globally in collaboration with key civil society organizations and state partners. The Alliance mission is to support community action against HIV/AIDS, to reduce the spread of HIV and related epidemics through disseminating effective services and approaches, strengthening health care systems and social services, and building the capacity of vulnerable communities. The Alliance vision is of a world in which people do not become infected with HIV and do not die of AIDS and related epidemics, and where local communities have brought HIV/AIDS under control. Currently Alliance for Public Health supporting implementation of programs in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyz Republic, Malaysia, Moldova, Myanmar, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
