The conference aims to increase the professionalisation of urban drug policies, improvement the quality of cooperation between sectors, the transfer of knowledge between European cities and the promotion and dissemination of urban drug policies based on scientific evidence.
This event aims to review progress since the formal launching of the Civil Society Task Force (CSTF), as well as areas of opportunity for greater involvement of key communities at the 2016 UNGASS on drugs.
The event is designed to bring together agencies working on indigenous health with the belief that working together can close the gap between the state of indigenous health as compared to mainstream access to healthcare.
This event will focus on civil society initiatives to inform harm reduction resourcing advocacy in middle income countries within Asia and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
