This ninth edition of the IDPC webinar on the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) focuses on its 

 (including the mid-term review of the 2019 Ministerial Declaration), which will take place in Vienna from 14-22 March 2022.

The webinar will shed light the key issues that are likely to structure the debates, discuss tabled resolutions and opportunities for engagement, and showcase the experience of IDPC network members in navigating and leveraging this forum for political advocacy.

This event will be available in English, Spanish and French.

Paula is a Colombian lawyer with more than 5 years of experience in human rights, drug policy and transitional justice. She participated in the diploma course on drug policy, human rights and health at CIDE in México. She is currently the director of the Elementa office in Colombia.

Paula est une avocate colombienne avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des droits de l'homme, de la politique des drogues et de la justice transitionnelle. Elle a participé au cours diplômant sur la politique des drogues, les droits humains et la santé au CIDE au Mexique. Elle est actuellement directrice du bureau d'Elementa en Colombie.
