The human cost of policy shifts: The fallout of US foreign aid cuts on harm reduction programming and people who use drugs

The impact of US foreign aid cuts on the health and well-being of people who use drugs has been massive and monumental. INPUD has conducted a rapid assessment to understand the depth and breadth of this impact. The findings highlight that evidence-based harm reduction models are at risk, and the severity of funding cuts has “cut harm reduction services at the knees”.
