The drug trade: The politicisation of criminals and the criminalisation of politicians

The combination of better data, more science and an effective public campaign are necessary to spark the reacions that will lead to more effective initiatives against the threats posed by the criminalisation of governments. This paper demonstrates how our efforts should prioritise stopping the proliferation of criminal governments, rather than drug consuption.
