11 January 2016

Algeria is committed to implement the new vision recommended by the UN to end AIDS pandemic, said Monday in Algiers Minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform Abdelmalek Boudiaf.

At the opening of a regional meeting North Africa and Middle East (Mena) on AIDS pandemic, Boudiaf underlined that this commitment stems from a "political willingness which has been repeatedly reaffirmed" at the national and international stages.

"This political willingness is reflected by a full mobilization of the government and all the players, notably the civil society as part of a multi-sectoral framework supported by an executive decree of the Prime Minister.
