The “I Can Live” is a coalition of NGOs and experts advocating for a rational state policy in the field of drug policy based on evidence and human rights of vulnerable groups (dependency patients, sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS, and formerly incarcerated). We analyze the situation, identify problems and propose solutions for policy development, human rights advocacy and improvement of access to social, health, and legal services for vulnerable groups with the goal of creating a secure and healthy society. We propose to public institutions mechanisms for the protection and implementation of the rights of vulnerable groups. We involve the public in decision making on the issues and fight to reduce stigma and discrimination.
