A record-breaking 155 side events took place at the margins of the 66th session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND). Most of them were accessible online or in hybrid format. And almost half were co-organised by civil society.

Side events addressed a wide range of issues, from harm reduction to cannabis regulation, through to improving access to controlled medicines.
