7th International Symposium on Hepatitis Care in Substance Users
The INHSU 2018 Committee are excited to announce the 7th International Symposium on Hepatitis Care in Substance Users will be held at Cascais Miragem, Cascais, Portugal. Cascais is located on the West Coast of Portugal just 30 minutes from Lisbon. Once a sleepy fishing village Cascais is now a summertime playground with plenty to keep you occupied. Its trio of golden bays will give you plenty of sand to relax in the sun, whilst listening to the waves lapping at the shore.
Hosted by INHSU, the symposium covers the latest advances on hepatitis C epidemiology, management and treatment of viral hepatitis among people who use drugs, with a specific focus on hepatitis C. Through dissemination of scientific knowledge the Symposium aims to contribute to the World Health Organization's goal of eliminating hepatitis C by 2030.
The conference has a truly international focus attracting delegates from around the world, including health professionals (doctors, nurses and allied health), researchers, representatives from community organisations, people who use drugs and policy makers.
