10th Internationaler akzept-Kongress 2013 in Bielefeld

One hundred years ago, opiates, cocaine and cannabis were available in pharmacies in Germany. The recreational use of these substance, as well as its compulsive consumption of weren't consider neither health nor as a social problem. In the decade of the 1920s, rigid and restrictive drug control measures installed in Germany and established drugs as a social problem.

Akzept International Congress will take place on 10 and 11 Held in October 2013 in Bielefeld. This congress is traditionally a forum for information exchange and to current drug policy issues, and focuses on the health and social consequences that consumption of illicit drugs has.
