WHO nominates 3 candidates to replace Prof. Hamid Ghodse at INCB

To identify a new member of the INCB, following the passing away of Professor Hamid Ghodse, the WHO has nominated three candidates:
- Sri Suryawati (Indonesia)
- Mohammed Tamouh Abou-Saleh (SyrianArab Republic and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)
- Jaanus Harro (Estonia)
ECOSOC elections are scheduled to be held at the end of this week to select the new INCB member. For more information on the qualifications of the candidates, please see below this note from the UN Secretary-General.
