I'm the evidence: Naloxone works - Call for videos

24 June 2011

The Harm Reduction Coalition is partnering with the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network on a video campaign called "I'm the Evidence: Naloxone Works". This campaign consists of short videos of people who have been saved by naloxone, or who have used naloxone to save someone's life. These videos will be used to raise awareness about naloxone and to send to the United Nations to urge the acceptance of global naloxone distribution.

If you want to create some videos, there is a release form attached, which can be emailed (erin@harmreduction.org), mailed or faxed to the Harm Reduction Coalition at:

Erin Russell at the Harm Reduction Coalition:
22 West 27th Street, 5th Floor
New York, NY 10001
Tel: (212) 213-6376
Fax: (212) 213-6582

Videos should be short (1-2 min) and can easily be made on flip cameras or phones. They don't need to be fancy! Videos can be emailed to erin@harmreduction.org for editing and subtitling.

There is also a Facebook page about the campaign where videos will be uploaded. Check it out, there are already some videos up there!
