CUT 的目标是：通过向药物使用者提供减低伤害服务，减轻艾滋病病毒∕艾滋病对毛里求斯的影响。
成员
自2007年成立以来，IDPC的成员数目一直保持有机的增长。其成员既有非政府组织，也有学术机构、智库或专业网络。这些机构都需要具有国内或国际视野，在药物政策领域都有不菲的表现。成为IDPC的成员无需缴纳成员费，但必须致力于推动IDPC的愿景与使命、战略目标、政策原则和工作计划。
IDPC有两种类型的成员。第一：伙伴成员，它们与IDPC一道将年度工作计划付诸实施，第二：网络成员，它们负责向大众推广我们的理念，发放我们的材料。所有成员共同努力，为开放的讨论药物政策问题创造条件，同时推动制订更加符合人道主义观念的、有成效的国际、国内政策。

PILS is an organisation working in the HIV response in Mauritius, and was founded in 1996. Its goal is to provide a support structure for people living with HIV in Mauritius, through an intense and dynamic advocacy, which, over time, has gained national and international recognition.
DRIP (Developpement, Rassemblement, Information et Prévention)

drip (Developpement,Rassemblement ,Information et Prévention) is a non-profit drug prevention and advocacy social enterprise, created in 2017. Our first objective is to contribute to educate, prevent, raise awareness and train on the harmful effects of drugs including Alcohol and Tobacco with a multidimensional approach.
