he aim of the study The Quality of Outreach Workers and the Services they provide for the NSEP programme in Malaysia, conducted by Malaysian AIDS Council and their research partners, was to examine factors that can influence the quality of services provided by the outreach workers to the PWID through the NSEP programme.
