The 3rd Brandenburg Forum report outlines the discussions held by 56 experts from 15 countries on the state and direction of the global drug control regime in view of the 2019 CND Ministerial Segment.
In the long term, the task at the international level is to establish an alternative discourse regarding development-oriented drug policy, in which the voices of civil society actors should be heard.
