David is a drug policy reform advocate and activist from Georgia, where he is one of the founder of Georgian grassroots advocacy group White Noise Movement, campaigning actively for decriminalisation of drug use and possession in small amounts.

David is involved in advocacy work on regional level too. He, himself a drug user, represents Eurasian Network of People Using Drugs at Strategic Advisory Group to the United Nations on Drug Use and HIV. David is active member of Eurasian Harm Reduction Association.
