Open call for trainers on servises for women who use drugs

Starting in 2012 Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN) has undertaken a 3-year project “Strengthening the response of non-state actors to growing needs of women who use drugs” funded by the European Commission.

The regional project covering 6 countries (Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine) has an overall objective to build the capacity of non-state actors to engage in advocacy and provide services to women who use drugs that increase their access to HIV prevention, testing, treatment and prevention of mother-to-child transmission services.

In 2012-2013 EHRN will be implementing a series of 3-day trainings for service providers on developing services for women who use drugs. The attached Terms of Reference defines the scope of the planed trainings and is seeking applications from experienced trainers on the topic to submit applications.

Applications including (1) CV and (2) half-page experience description of working on the topic of services for women who use drugs should be sent to EHRN athub@harm-reduction.org by October 24 COB.
