Updates on summer school on harm reduction in Georgia

Within the framework of their health programme, the Open Society Georgia Foundations organised a summer school for the organisations and advocates working in the harm reduction field in Grigoleti 2-10 July, Georgia.

The course aimed to increase knowledge in planning and implementing advocacy strategies, media technology, fundraising, and protecting the interests and rights of marginalised groups.

The summer school covered the following issues: drug policy and advocacy, substitution therapy, overdose related problems, protecting the rights and interests of women drug users in harm reduction programmes.
