Diogenis launches “Persons Who Use Drugs Count” campaign

On the occasion of the World Day of Social Justice, February 20th, organization “Diogenis – Drug Policy Dialogue”, launches an awareness campaign entitled “Persons Who Use Drugs Count”. The campaign will run through 2018 in selected international/world days.

“Persons Who Use Drugs Count” campaign, highlights and promotes the need to respect the human rights’ of an extremely vulnerable and marginalized population, reminding all of us that persons who use drugs do not lose their rights as citizens and human beings.
