URGENT: Stop re-imposition of the death penalty in the Philippines

The Philippines Congress is fast-tracking a bill to reinstate the death penalty before the Christmas break starting on 16 December 2016.

We have drafted a letter to members of Congress urging them not to pass the bill. Please act now and send a copy of this letter with your organisational letterhead and signature to these three email addresses below:
