Call for tenders: Study on alternatives to coercive sanctions as a response to drug law offences and drug-related crimes

The study is expected to provide a sound overview of all Member States' practice in applying alternatives to coercive sanctions as a response to drug law offences and drug-related crimes. Such overview should include the legislation and guidelines (ministerial, prosecutorial, etc.) that steer such practice.

The study should also provide an overview of the known effects of applying such alternatives, in particular as regards reoffending and their cost-effectiveness.

The deadline for applications is 12 May 2014.
