IDPC's work plan is shaped by the following strategic directions which flow from our renewed vision and mission:
- Develop and strengthen the Consortium’s governance and communications, in order to support our members and the wider policy community to share experience, knowledge and best practices.
- Build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with international and national level policy makers to facilitate the advocacy efforts of IDPC members.
- Enhance IDPC's capacity to inform the international drug policy debate through research, analysis, briefing materials and consultation services.
